Does BML Urbanscapes have a Landscaping Licence to carry out works?We certainly do! In fact, all trades people and builders carrying out residential building work valued at more than $5,000, must be licensed by NSW Fair Trading.

What is the Consumer Building Guide?All Builders and trades people must give you a copy of this guide before entering into a contract for residential building work that costs more than $5,000. For any contract that we enter into for landscaping works, we provide our customers with a copy of this guide to help protect your rights, carry out your responsibilities and support your building project.

Do I require council approval for my landscaping project?Not necessarily, however it does depend on what type of project you require. If you want a small deck constructed or softscapes like plants and turfing, you are likely to be considered exempt. However you may need council approval for retaining walls over a certain height or a deck over a certain number of square metres. It really depends on your individual requirements and specifications. We can provide you with further details once we visit your site and supply a detailed quotation.

Do you offer custom landscape designs?Yes. We can help bring your vision to life, offering a variety of custom landscape design solutions. Whether you’re looking to install a brand new garden, combine a garden with a new pool, redesign an existing space, or submit a plan as part of a DA submission, our qualified team can assist with your design project.

Can you submit a DA to council on our behalf?Yes. We are more than happy to manage your Development Application. Please get in touch for fees and more information.

Do you require a deposit for our Landscaping project?Yes. We require a 10% deposit to secure your project in our busy schedule.

What payment methods are accepted?We have a number of payment options available. You can pay any of our invoices via Bank Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
